華星東方承建的陜西省西咸新區(qū)項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程
該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)4臺(tái)750t/d機(jī)械爐排爐，煙氣處理采用半干法[Ca(OH)2漿液]＋干法[Ca(OH)2]+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵+濕法[NaOH]（預(yù)留）+煙氣再熱（預(yù)留）+SCR[尿素](非我司合同范圍）+飛灰輸送及儲(chǔ)存工藝，為我司EPC工程。

該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模日焚燒處理生活垃圾1050噸，焚燒線(xiàn)采用2臺(tái)525T/D機(jī)械爐排爐+1臺(tái)25MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)。煙氣凈化采用爐內(nèi)SNCR+旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法（石灰漿）＋碳酸氫鈉干法＋活性炭噴射＋袋式除塵器工藝+SCR（預(yù)留區(qū)域）的處理工藝，該工程為我公司EP項(xiàng)目。
