From November 28 to 30, 2023, the second founding meeting of the China Electricity Council's Waste-to-Energy Standardization Technical Committee and the 2023 Annual Work Conference and Standards Review Meeting were successfully held in Beijing. Jiangsu Huaxing Oriental won the "Industry Contribution Award for Standardization Work in the Field of Waste-to-Energy". Wang Yi, deputy director of the Standardization Management Center of China Electricity Council, and Wang Ping, director of the Power Generation Department, attended the meeting to provide guidance. The second session of the Standardization Committee has a total of 35 members. Liu Yinghuarong, vice president of the Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch of the China Electric Power Development Association, serves as the chairman, and Liu Zhe, deputy secretary-general of the Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch of the China Electric Power Development Association, serves as the secretary-general.

The flue gas cleaning project of the Nong'an domestic waste incineration power generation project in Changchun City, Jilin Province, undertaken by our company, started construction on September 18, 2021.

The International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) 2023 Annual Conference was held from October 30 to November 1, 2023 in Muscat, the capital of the Sultanate of Oman in the Arabian Peninsula. As a member of the Chinese delegation, Jiangsu Huaxing East Co. has participated in many conferences in the United States, Indonesia, Spain, etc. This time the company actively participated in the conference exhibition and became the first Chinese company to exhibit at ISWA, and received the support and recognition of the Chinese delegation. This conference is the first time ISWA has held it in the Middle East and North Africa. More than 1,200 representatives from research institutions, government officials, and enterprises from more than 100 countries or regions around the world attended the conference.

The "7th Waste Management and Waste to Energy Asia Environmental Protection Summit 2023. Focusing on Thailand" initiated by INBC GLOBAL was held grandly in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, from October 25 to 26, 2023. The deputy general manager of Jiangsu Huaxing East Co. and relevant management of the technical department were invited to attend the meeting.

The first phase of the flue gas cleaning project focused on comprehensive utilization and disposal project of general solid waste resources in Longyou County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, undertaken by our company, started construction on August 1, 2023.
