我公司承建的浙江省杭州建德市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2021年7月1日通過72+24小時試運行。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Jiande Hangzhou waste incineration power plant in Zhejiang Province passed 72+24 hours trial operation on July 1, 2021.

該項目建設日處理生活垃圾500t/d垃圾焚燒爐生產(chǎn)線，配置1×12MW凝汽式汽輪發(fā)電機組，并留有擴建余地。預留規(guī)模為1×500t/d垃圾焚燒爐生產(chǎn)線，遠期規(guī)模最終可達到1000t/d。煙氣處理采用“SNCR（氨水）+半干反應塔（Ca(OH)2溶液）+干法（Ca(OH)2干粉+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵器+1#GGH+濕式洗滌塔（NaOH溶液）+2#GGH+蒸汽-煙氣再加熱器（SGH）+ SCR（氨水）+飛灰輸送及存儲”的煙氣處理組合工藝，為我司EP工程。

The plant constructs a 500 t/d incineration line with 1×12 MW condensing steam turbine generator, and room for expansion is reserved. The reserved scale is 1x500 t/d. The long-term scale of incineration capacity could eventually reach 1000 t/d. The FGC adopts the combined process of SNCR with ammonia solution) + semi-dry reaction tower with Ca(OH)2 solution + dry method with Ca(OH)2 powder + activated carbon injection + bag filter + #1 GGH + wet scrubber with NaOH solution + #2 GGH+ Steam-gas heater (SGH) + SCR with ammonia solution + fly ash conveying and storage. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
