喜報(bào)?華星東方參編的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《生活垃圾焚燒處理與能源利用工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB/T51452-2024）正式獲批

從住建部網(wǎng)站獲悉，由中國城市建設(shè)研究院有限公司等牽頭主編，江蘇華星東方環(huán)?？萍加邢薰镜?7家單位聯(lián)合參編的《生活垃圾焚燒處理與能源利用工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB/T51452-2024）（以下簡稱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）已獲批成為國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，將于今年5月1日起實(shí)施。
It is learned from the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that the "Engineering Technical Standard for Household Waste Incineration and Energy Utilization" (GB/T51452-2024) (hereinafter referred to as the standard) jointly compiled by China Urban Construction Research Institute Co., Ltd. and 17 other units, including Jiangsu Huaxing East Environmental Protection Technology Co., LTD.) has been approved as the national standard. It will be implemented on May 1st. this year.
此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是華星東方參與編纂并成功獲批的又一重要技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，它的發(fā)布與實(shí)施將取代原有的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《生活垃圾焚燒處理工程技術(shù)規(guī)范》(CJJ90-2009)，標(biāo)志著我國在生活垃圾焚燒處理及能源回收利用領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)進(jìn)步與管理水平實(shí)現(xiàn)了質(zhì)的飛躍。
It is another key standard that Huaxing East has participated in the compilation and  been approved. Its release and implementation will replace the original industry standard "Technical Code for household Waste incineration Treatment Engineering" (CJJ90-2009), marking a substantive progress in China's technological promotion and management level in the field of household waste incineration treatment and energy recycling.
長期以來，華星東方在煙氣凈化領(lǐng)域深耕細(xì)作，主編及參編了包括《垃圾發(fā)電廠鈉堿濕法煙氣脫酸系統(tǒng)技術(shù)規(guī)程》DL/T 2818-2024（將于2025年3月24日實(shí)施）、《垃圾發(fā)電廠煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)技術(shù)規(guī)范》DL/T 1967-2019、《生物質(zhì)電廠煙氣凈化工程技術(shù)規(guī)范》DL/T 2423-2021以及《危險(xiǎn)廢物焚燒煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)技術(shù)規(guī)范》DL/T 2428-2021在內(nèi)的多項(xiàng)重要行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定。此外，在國家能源局綜合司最新發(fā)布的《關(guān)于下達(dá)2024年能源領(lǐng)域行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制修訂計(jì)劃及外文版翻譯計(jì)劃的通知》中，由華星東方作為主要起草單位的《垃圾發(fā)電廠煙氣選擇性催化還原(SCR)脫硝系統(tǒng)技術(shù)規(guī)程》亦已順利獲得立項(xiàng)批準(zhǔn)。
For quite a long time, Huaxing East has worked intensively in the field of flue gas cleaning to edit and participate in the Technical Specification for sodia-Alkali Wet Flue Gas deacidification System of Waste Power Plant DL/T 2818-2024 (to be implemented on March 24th., 2025), Technical Specification for Flue Gas Cleaning System of Waste Power Plant DL/T 1967-2019, Technical Specification for Flue Gas Cleaning Engineering of Biomass Power Plant DL/T 2423-2021 and "Hazardous Waste incineration flue gas cleaning System Technical Code" DL/T 2428-2021, including the development of a number of important industry standards. In addition, the Technical Specifications for the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Denitration System of waste Gas Power Plant by Huaxing East as the main drafter has also been successfully approved in the latest Notice issued by the General Department of the National Energy Administration on the issuance of the 2024 Industry Standard Revision Plan and Foreign Language translation Plan in the energy Field.
