我公司承建的浙江省寧波市洞橋生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2022年10月24日開(kāi)工建設(shè)。
The flue gas cleaning project of the Dongqiao domestic waste incineration power generation project in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, which is undertaken by our company, the construction work commenced on October 24, 2022.
該項(xiàng)目一期建設(shè)規(guī)模1500t/d，配置2x750t/d的爐排爐式垃圾焚燒爐及2條煙氣凈化處理線、1x45MW凝汽式汽輪機(jī)和1x50MW的發(fā)電機(jī)并預(yù)留二期750t/d的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模。煙氣處理采用“SNCR爐內(nèi)脫硝+機(jī)械旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧半干法（含應(yīng)急降溫系統(tǒng)）+消石灰干法噴射+活性炭噴射吸附＋袋式除塵器+GGH1+濕法脫酸+GGH2+SGH+SCR脫硝（低溫）+飛灰輸送、存儲(chǔ)及穩(wěn)定化工藝”的全流程煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。
The first phase of the project has a construction scale of 1500t/d, equipped with 2x750t/d grate furnace type waste incinerator and 2 flue gas cleaning treatment lines, 1x45MW condensing steam turbine and 1x50MW generator, and reserves 750t/d for the second phase, the design scale of the Flue gas cleaning adopts "SNCR furnace denitrification + mechanical rotating spray semi-dry method (including emergency cooling system) + hydrated lime dry injection + activated carbon injection adsorption + bag dust collector + GGH1 + wet deacidification + GGH2 + SGH + SCR denitrification ( Low temperature) + fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process, a complete flue gas cleaning process, supplied by our company's for this project.
