華星東方承建的湖北省黃岡市羅田生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程通過72+24小時試運行

我公司承建的湖北省黃岡市羅田生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2023年07月09日通過72+24小時試運行。
The flue gas purification project of the Luotian domestic waste incineration power generation project in Huanggang City, Hubei Province, undertaken by our company, passed the 72+24-hour trial operation on July 9, 2023.
該項目設(shè)計規(guī)模日焚燒處理生活垃圾600噸，焚燒線采用1x600t/d機械爐排爐+1x15MW凝汽式汽輪發(fā)電機組。煙氣凈化采用“半干法脫酸+干法噴射+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵+飛灰輸送及存儲”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。
The design scale of the project is to incinerate 600 tons of domestic waste per day, and the incineration line adopts 1x600t/d mechanical grate furnace + 1x15MW condensing steam turbine generator set. The flue gas purification adopts the flue gas purification process of " Semi-dry deacidification + dry injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter dust removal + fly ash conveying and storage" It is an equipment supply project of Huaxing.
