華星東方承建的吉林省梅河口市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行

我公司承建的吉林省梅河口市生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2023年06月25日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。
The flue gas cleaning project of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Meihekou City, Jilin Province, undertaken by our company, passed the 72+24 hour trial operation on June 25, 2023.
該項(xiàng)目總設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模日焚燒處理生活垃圾1200噸。本期工程建設(shè)1條600t/d焚燒線，預(yù)留1條600t/d焚燒線。分兩期建設(shè)。煙氣處理采用“SNCR[氨水]+半干法[Ca(OH)2漿液]＋干法[Ca(OH)2]+活性炭噴射+袋式除塵+飛灰輸送、存儲(chǔ)及穩(wěn)定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，預(yù)留SCR及濕法場(chǎng)地，為我司EPC工程。
The total design scale of this project is to incinerate 1200 tons of household waste per day. One 600t/d incineration line will be constructed in this phase of the project, and one 600t/d incineration line will be reserved. It will be constructed in two phases. The flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas purification process of "SNCR [ammonia water]+semi dry method [Ca(OH)2 slurry]+dry method [Ca(OH)2]+activated carbon injection+bag dust removal+fly ash transportation, storage and stabilization process", with reserved SCR and wet site for our EPC project.
