我公司承建的安徽省淮北市濉溪生物質(zhì)發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2022年8月17日通過調(diào)試驗(yàn)收。
The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Suixi Biomass Power Plant in Huaibei, Anhui passed the commissioning acceptance on August 17, 2022.
該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)模1×130t/h高溫超高壓生物質(zhì)循環(huán)流化床鍋爐，配1×30MW抽凝式汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣處理采用“爐內(nèi)噴鈣+煙氣脫硝系統(tǒng)（非我司合同范圍內(nèi)）+旋風(fēng)預(yù)除塵器+干粉噴射干法脫硫塔+布袋除塵器（包含脫硫劑存儲及輸送系統(tǒng)、工藝水系統(tǒng)等）”，為我司EPC工程。
The plant constructed a 1×130 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler with high-temperature and ultra-high pressure biomass, equipped with 1×30 MW extraction condensing steam turbine generator. The FGC adopted the process of "in-furnace calcium injection + flue gas denitration (not the scope of Huaxing) + cyclone ash pre-remover + lime injection and dry desulfurization tower + bag filter including desulfurization agent storage and conveying system, process water system, etc.". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
